Maternity & Newborn Photography for West Austin

 I’m Anna Monette — a proud Austin native and professional maternity photographer specializing in newborn, family, cake smash, and pregnancy photoshoots for families throughout Austin, West Austin, and the surrounding areas.  

My photography journey began at age 19 during my modeling career, where I discovered a love for being behind the camera. After purchasing my first Nikon, I explored many photography styles before falling head over heels for maternity and newborn photography — it truly felt like a lightning bolt moment, and I knew I had found what I was meant to do.

My experience in front of the camera helps me gently guide clients into natural, flattering poses while keeping each session relaxed, fun, and stress-free. Since launching my business in 2018, I’ve had the honor of documenting growing families throughout Austin with heartfelt, timeless imagery.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me near, in, or on some form of water, enjoying delicious Indian food, or getting just a little too competitive over a game of Settlers of Catan with family (yes, I’m proudly a bit of a nerd!). My husband and I are also devoted cat lovers, and I feel incredibly lucky to call Austin home while doing what I love most.
